  1. Return and Exchange Application Time
    Please submit a return and exchange application within 7 days after receiving the goods. Late applications will not be accepted.
  2. Return and Exchange Conditions
    The goods must be kept new, unused, unwashed and with complete labels and original packaging.
    For returns and exchanges due to quality problems (such as defects, damage, wrong goods), we will bear the round-trip shipping costs.
    For returns due to non-quality issues (such as inappropriate size, personal preference, etc.), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the refund will be deducted from the original shipping costs.
  3. Non-returnable goods
    Customized goods or special promotional goods (such as clearance, discounted goods) are not returnable unless there are quality problems.
    Goods that have been used, washed or damaged are not accepted for return or exchange.
  4. Return and Exchange Process
    Please submit a return or exchange application through the customer service email, stating the order number and reason for return or exchange.
    After obtaining the return authorization number (RMA), please send the product back to the designated address within 7 days. Please attach the return receipt and RMA number in the package.
    After we receive the return and confirm that it meets the return and exchange conditions, we will process the refund or ship the exchange within 7 working days.
  5. Refund Instructions
    The refund will be returned to your payment account.
    The refund time varies depending on the bank’s processing time, usually 3-10 working days to arrive.
  6. Other instructions
    Please properly package the returned goods to avoid secondary damage.
    For returns and exchanges caused by logistics damage, please take photos for evidence when signing and contact us in time.
